It looks likes if I'm not mistaken that terrain.ecf is used to recolour some terrains/blocks?? for each individual planet, but I'm not entirely sure how it works. For instance: Name: "AlienGreen" Name2: "AlienGreen04" >uses a dummy name from BlocksConfig.ecf? Brightness: "0.58" Saturation: "0.5366603" RGB: "(0.6, 1, 0.74)" seems to follow a diffent scale then playfield.yaml? AddCol: "0.3" ?? Smoothness: "0" ?? ReliefStrength: "0" ?? NormalStrength: "2.6" ?? Interpolation: "0" ?? GeoStrength: "0" ?? DistanceResample: "1" ?? NearScale: "0.2" ?? DistantScale: "0.015" ?? HeightOffset: "1" ?? HeightContrast: "1" ?? TerrainId: "8" ?? TerrainId2: "11" ?? UnderTerrainId: "72" ?? It would be nice to know how this all works without guessing.
Use the in game terrain editor. Type "te" (without quotes) into the console and you can edit all the terrain textures on a planet.
