Fixed Typo in dialog of NPC trader.

    Please check line 24 in TraderNPCconfig.ecf

    Line reads as follows: SellingText: "Welcome to QuantumSTAR! How can we server you today?\n<DISCOUNTTEXT>"

    Should read: SellingText: "Welcome to QuantumSTAR! How can we serve you today?\n<DISCOUNTTEXT>"

    Hmm.. hope that's the right letter. Might be problematic if they actually mean:
