Fixed Unplayable perfomance while using Nvidia GPU

I have poor framerate when looking on objects. My system meets the minimum requirements but game is unplayable. It may be the same problem like in that post: post.
Right before release i couldn't run game in exclusive fullscreen mode, fixed now.
Attached logs and dxdiag file. There are fps counter in bottom right edge of screenshots.

 

Have you tried to reduce the IN GAME Resolution Settings?
So instead of 1920x1080 put it on 1600x900. It will change for you, visibly, nothing. Only your Graphic Card will have an easier time and it can lead to double the FPS (it works for me)

 

Yes, i tried 1366x768. It didn't affect at all. It should be software problem.

Another "funny" moment. My friends with gtx 1050 have stable 40-50 fps with a lot of objects on screen. I think its because they have windows 7 and 10, when i have windows 8.1

 

I have Win 8.1 too. But no problems with FPS (50-60) and my PC is almost 8 Years old

 

The problem still exist.

 

The problem gone in 3135 or after adding Empyrion's process in exceptions list in windows defender.

 

Yeah sometimes it help's keeping Windows dirty paws from blocking certain exe-files
