Yes, I know. But even at 10 FPS it's considerable bigger than a motorcycle turn radius should be. I know. I've been playing at 10 FPS for quite a while (playing on Linux, which has a strange fps drop issue currently).
I think it adds a bit of charm to the game, and I like the sound it makes. It fills a niche for getting you around quickly in a pinch, when you lack a vessel which happens in the beginning or if you get shot down. What I like about it: I like that it sucks and feels a bit clunky, its a throwaway item after all. I like that it has trouble going over hills. What I don't like about it: The turning feels bugged at least for me. Friends have told me it turns fine, but for me it almost has no turning ability. To do a 180 turn I need to travel about a mile, with the very low turn radius, before I am finally heading in the opposite direction. But instead of trying to turn like that which is a waste of time, I can just hop off the bike, pick it up, and place it in another direction. That is pretty darn cheesy. You can even hop off the bike (press E) while it's going max speed, and you just stop instantly without taking damage or being flung, and the bike stops instantly too. What should change: Fix the turning bug, I have heard people suggest it is related to FPS but I get 120 FPS and its very bad. Fix hopping off while going full speed. Let me swing a lightsaber while riding it, like Road Rage or the FF7 motorcycle chase. Just kidding about the last one.
It IS related to FPS. Try going into your graphics settings ingame and set the FPS limiter down to min. Try the motorcycle with that a bit. e. by the way, it has been bug reported several times. hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
This is weird man, I like posted a link to a yotutube video explaining it and everything. Geez. But we keep having to explain it.
