Built by: Robot Shark & others Not a lot to take credit for here, I added tugboats to the wrecked CV's I found in the game files using the copy & paste tools. So credit for the wrecks goes to the original builders. I excluded ones that were in multiple pieces (Ex. the light carrier). Faction: This one is kinda open, which faction would scavenge the wrecks of the other factions? Civilians? Pirates? Maybe the factions themselves are recovering their own lost materials (in which case multiple tugboats would be needed). I am also including the "blank" if you would like to add a tugboat to a different build. I did remove over half the RCS units from Tugboat 7 because it had a very large number of them. The thrusters & turrets on the wrecks have been turned off. Size Class: 2-3 Weapons / Loot: Whatever was on the original wreck.
This is such a neat idea. You could probably turn off the thrusters in the wrecks too. The speed of the ship is set in the playfield anyway.
Apologies, I was going over the ships this morning and realized that I missed turning a thruster off on number 6.
I've made an own group 'OPVTugboat' and will add them to the Junkyard asteroid playfield. They perfectly fit there
All cores have been replaced with NPC cores. 1 crew member added to all builds. Restored the name of the original author to Tugboat 2's info card. Added a "free" tugboat with the tractor beam removed.
