Doing the story mission and salvaged the freebie SV. Now I've got this spamming my logs. Interestingly enough there's a graphic glitch of like two "pixels" falling through my ceiling each time. Any way to stop this? Go rescue another Dart as it seems to have respawned.
Open Console Type destroy 1035 that removes the Spam You may have removed the Core before all Blocks/Devices had been destroyed/removed. Happens.
Isnt the error because the game thinks the ship is under the earth, or stuck in the mesh and so tries to teleport it to the surface?
Not necessarily. Most of the time the Spam happens of above mentioned reasons. Removing Core before removing all other parts. Which most of the time leads to miss a light somewhere floating around. Therefore you use the Core as anchor. Point at the Core, open control Panel, open device list and look if there is anything left of the Vessel you might have missed. Remove the left over, destroy Core. Result: no Spam.
Not necessarily.... I recently salvaged the dart too, and I got the same yellow error spam that the OP showed. However, I DID remove every single last block and device before removing the core absolutely last (I verified by pressing P and looking at statistics before removing the core). I still got the yellow spam even though it shouldn't have existed anymore, because it had 0 blocks and devices. I too saw the name falling through the terrain repeatedly. This isn't the first time either. I've seen this in multiple game versions. I'm pretty sure it has been reported multiple times in the past as well. A game restart usually solves it though (for me in the past).
I had the same thing happen in my game as well and I made sure to scrap the core last, no other devices were listed other than the core, and I couldn't see any other blocks on the ground where I was salvaging it. Ended up with the same spam in my log and had only looked there because I was getting some stuttering in the area where the Dart used to be. That stuttering stopped when I used the destroy command on it. The Damaged Hoverbike doesn't seem to have this issue. I've salvaged it as well and never seen it spam like this.
