Hello. New lightning for stars lag my game when I look towards it, is there a way to turn it off? Thanks in advance.
Ahhh a bit more detail might help ... What kind of machine are you running? Video card? What are your current Video settings in Options? If you have a nVidia video card are you running GeForce Experience? Are your Video drivers up to date? There's a number of things that have to align before the stars shine properly ... Thanks for reply, it seems like problem only occur if I play several hours. It might be related to a memory leak. But since I rarely play that long, Its not a big problem.
Yes I have this issue as well after several hours of play. Closing the game completely completely fixes it. @Pantera maybe something to be aware of.
Sorry, haven't checked in in a bit ... Memory leak sounds about right, barring {Yikes!} a heat problem with the GPU or motherboard. I asked about the GeForce Experience because Empyrion is on the approved list of games, so if you have an nVidia GPU you should keep it up to date and there's an "Optimized" setting for Empyrion in the GeForce Experience software.
