Short question: is the LOD system for certain assets messed up in the current version? For example windows and flower pots disappear at distance. Same goes for projected LCDs. I have LCD stripes running across a hangar floor and they disappear even at a short distance. On the first two examples I would assume that there is a missing LOD stage occuring. But for the LCDs I do not know what the issue could be, since they aren't geometrical objects and need no LOD. Is this a known issue? I've searched the forums without any result. BTW I have all graphics details maxed out.
The LCDs have always been bad. Hence we advice there not used to much The long render distance also made people exploit it in MP
Okay...but I hope the LOD issue on windows and assets is not intended? ATM I am barely able to take a screenshot of my new CV without having the windows disappearing.
Yes its intended to be this way. We have different limits on different assets for performance reasons
