Hi all ! In the "Join a game" menu, you have on the right that button saying : " Setup your own Server " What does it mean considering it doesn't work ?? Do they plan to make like 'Osiris : new Dawn' game, a private multiplayer server ? ( which could be really awesome ! ) Thx !
It opens a link to our website with a list of hosters where you can rent one. Nothing more To have it open you need to use steam and have the steamoverlay working
You can, of course, host your own multiplayer game, but it's not a quick and simple process. It would be nice if it were much simpler, especially if you're hosting something for a small number of players. I ran one for about two years, before version upgrades rendered it severely obsolete and in the process of trying to update everything on my side, it wound up completely corrupted and I decided to stop giving myself a headache trying to bring it back up again. Perhaps some day hosting will be made far less difficult and overly complicated, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
