Build: 1.8.4 B3850 Mode:ALL Mode:ALL If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS:No, 100% vanilla Reproducibility:Always Type:Bug Summary:Vessel waypoints break when changing playfields with vessel Description:If you activate a waypoint on a vessel and then change playfields with that vessel the waypoint always gets left behind in the playfield you just left. You have to deactivate the waypoint and then reactivate again every single time to get it to change playfields correctly. This behavior didn't happen in previous versions, it correctly followed the vessel when changing playfields. I'm pretty sure this has been broken ever since 1.8 experimental part 1. Steps to Reproduce: See video below 1) Open registry and activate waypoint for vessel you are piloting. 2) Change playfields. 3) Observe broken waypoint. In this video I show it breaking both when changing from planet to orbit and breaking when warping. In both cases you have to deactivate the waypoint and reactivate it every single time to get it to update correctly.
While we are on the subject of the registry, why does it not automatically go to the current playfield when I open the registry? That definitely seems like it should be the default behavior yet it isn't.
I confirm this. Also I want to add that if the player exits the save and reloads it, the way-point assigned to the vessel is corrected, but brakes again when vessel changes play-fields!!!
The same thing happens if you just return to the original playfield. It starts following the vessel again, but as soon as you leave the playfield again it breaks. Something happened in 1.8 that broke them completely.
