Your ship is somehow both weird and amazing-looking. Now I want one! Can't wait for 'partial-ship' blueprint support. you know, so i could download those good-looking pods and build a ship out of any multitude of them..
Could come in handy for hauling around 10 billion Concrete Blocks from Mass Underground Base digging out... could be like a Concrete Block equivalent of a flying Hot Dog Stand!
Hello all. I am releasing my Pirate Spaceship the Juggernaut. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=875776369 I have a video walk through that will help explain the breadth of this ship and also showcases the interior. Juggernaut Pirate Spaceship Unlock Level 20 Size Class 5 (should be useable on most servers) 19x20x64 5389 Blocks 508 Devices 44 Lights 128712 Triangles Combat Steel construction for brutal combat scenarios. This unit was built in multiplayer survival for deep space exploration and space station raiding. The CV includes • 72 Thrusters • 4 RCS • 6 Cannon Turrets • 6 Minigun Turrets • 3 Sentry Gun • 4 Rocket Turrets • 2 Plasma Turrets • 3 Fuel Tanks • 10 Oxygen tanks • 3 Oxygen Stations • 1 Advanced Constructor • 13 Cargo Containers • 2 Refrigerator • Food Processor The Space Pirateship Juggernaut handles like a boat, slow but steady. Engage the Battle Thrusters for more responsive flight. The Juggernaut consumes hydrogen fuel very quick (I recommend Large Promethium or Fusion Cells). The Ship has a full battery of turrets and 6 front firing guns. This ship has been in the works in one form or another (I made similar ships in other games, watch the video) for over two years. I hope you enjoy this ship as much as do!
Im liking this! There's never enough massive haulers. Very nice details and I love the different "layers". If there's one thing Im not 100% sold on - its the front of the ship (cockpit I presume?). But maybe that makes more sense once I get to walk around and study it more...
The cockpit had one single inspiration - I wanted a long vertical window. Due to the fact we were treating this as a more mass-produced type vehicle, it shares certain structural elements with other designs (can you guess which one? ) which necessitated a light touch on modifications to the base structure. I'm not 100% happy (like we ever will be about our own creations), but it certainly fulfilled my design brief As a corollary to the above, yes, you will notice that the interior of the front section is also very similar structurally to the donor structure. again, intended Feel free to pull it apart and put it back together however you see fit* * as our warranty states however, modification will render the entire warranty void
Ah, interesting! Nice approach. Haven't done closer inspection yet but it does share similar design choices/shapes with circe.
Indeed. [Edit to make this not a single word reply and vaguely on topic] I think our next creation might not be quite so......similar.... to anything
Hey Guys. This ist my first Capital Vessel. I call it RWK Donau (ill take it fron Freelancer) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=857088743 The Design from the RWK Donau was inspired by (Talos Light Cruiser from Arturius1967) I love this Design I call it the ´´big Brother of the Talos Cruiser`` xD ist bigger than the Talos Crouser and heavy armored At time I work on a lager Version of these Ship for MP. -Complete Combat Steel ! -lots of Ammo, Cargo, etc. -lots of Details Enjoy
Amen. LOL who needs a Warranty for a Space Moles Creation anyway? "Space Moles" is Empyrion for "Quality"!
Friends! My new ship. UPD: New link and new publication for Workshop Steam. Marine ship in space? Yes, you guessed it. Draft Hamm 10 size class is not a replica of existing ships, but made on the basis of knowledge of these ships and how it can be in the game, meets all the canons of warships known to all world war. The ship set the maximum number of guns and turrets (the permitted number). There are 4 towers of the main fire. Given the nature of the game, there is the possibility to Park the HV. All necessary modules are also present. Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=876955692 Spoiler: MORE SCREENSHOTS:
At long last, the first CV I've made that is worthy of being presented in this thread. It is a mobile base/dropship, Camel class (due to the bulge in its back), and is all ready for oxygenated rooms! Steam workshop link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=877334698 At present, it's made from regular steel blocks and lightly armed (2 cannon turrets and 2 minigun turrets), as it's not expected to see much combat beyond shooting down the odd drone; definitely upgrade everything to combat steel if you want to do any serious fighting with it. View from the top: Spoiler: additional interior views and build information The ship has a hangar in the back with a repair bay for servicing SVs and HVs. Crew quarters are also found here (doors on the left and right). Where is the warp core hiding? In the ceiling! This was not part of the original plan, and making the necessary modifications led to the dorsal bulge (and thus the name of the ship class). Proceeding straight over the repair bay and under the farm (glassed in area at the back of the service bay), we come to the center of the ship. The red blast doors segment the ship for the purposes of oxygenation. Red grates indicate where oxygen will eventually be emitted from. The farm supports 18 growing plots, and is fully sealed. The glass floor between the two farm sections looks down on the airlock between the center of the ship and the service bay. Going up the stairs and through the passageway (with the constructor, medbay, and storage), we finally come to the bridge. There is a passenger seat to go with each terminal, and . . . the pilot sits on a lowered platform, with an excellent view all around. In front of the air vent there is an emergency airlock. It's not terribly large for CV, at just under 3 kilotons. When in space, it gets decent runtime on four large fuel tanks (80 slots total) filled with fusion fuel. The idle power consumption is as high as it is because of the 6 large thrusters. As a result, this ship is fully capable of turning all of its passengers into goo upon engaging full thrust. Honestly, the thrust produced by the large thrusters considering their mass and input power is ridiculously too high, but they do raise the power consumption some. Two T2 large generators is definitely also overkill, but I wanted a design that would be robust to large changes in generator output and thruster stats. Just under 3 hours to make; the only thing that uses Erestrum and Zascosium is the repair bay, and could be removed for easier use in survival.
Mobile Base - Khafra II Went ahead and updated the Khafra. I added an angled docking pad that should work for mid-sized SVs (Shown here with The Raven III). Also added a gravity generator, and a ton of other stuff. The outer blocks are now armored. Since the game updates, this CV is more energy efficient, so keeping the power on should not create a promethium consumption issue.
