Plants dont grow

My plants dont grow i have them in growing Plots and above them growing Lights but they dont grow

 

Are the growing Lights activated? Are Your plants in the Radius from the Lmaps? every Lamp can handle a 3x3 Block. It takes time for growing, 35 minutes. The growth is not visible until you can harvest the plants.

 

Yes the lights are on and i have 3x3 growing plots Nebenthemen them
And i planten an aloe Outsider with no growing Plot and light and that Free and i could Harvestehude it but my Aloe in the plots with the light die mit grow

 

I Sound the Solution in an Order thread i placed the lights one block to high

 

Oh... Then i have had luck... I don't knew, that the hight is limited. *g*
