Well Im not sure its all working as I cant even connect to it champ. Also , whenever I look its only got 2 or 3 players so I suspect others are also having issues connecting. If I could get you to delete my PLY file out of the player folder so I can start fresh would probably fix my connecting issue also. Heres a link to the new update I had issues on main PC so had to upload via daughters account and PC. MP version. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1174525275 The starts have changed, the sector file has changed, theres new planets, a lot of the old planets got a facelift and had 500 height maps inserted, the load out for starts on some planets has changed. So without a full wipe and new game it just wont see most of the changes it will use the old sector file in the save so you wont get new planets etc. Highly recommend a whole new fresh game more than ever. It is safe to transfer stuff via folder swap, so lay a starter block for every base or ship and transfer that way but that is not practical for MP servers as there can end up being hundreds of builds. On this version some people have been able to take PLY file to new update and some haven't, so that's a bit buggy. So whats in the new update for MP ? There have been some HUGE changes and a NEW game will absolutely be needed if you want all the new goodies. There are now challenging starts ! Prison Break, Gunslinger , Arena Victim, and a few others ! These are starts designed for players to jump into INSTANT action ! They range from Easy to You Cant Survive This ! So read the planet descriptions first ! The Galaxy map has also changed, the END of the Story is in and finished. The Zirax Homeworld is in and littered with bases for you to beat up. The Zirax Orbit to the Homeworld is the final stand, you need to find these invaders and kill dem all ! ^You will need ALOT of firepower to beat all of these. There are multiple new planets, and the PvE to PvP ratio has changed a lot, to be more focused on a few specific spots on the journey to stop at PvE planets and collect Ore and the ones in between are places of danger. It concentrates players in specific areas much better than it did before, being such a huge Solar system. The end Solar system, where you defeat the Zirax Homeworld in this MP version is set to regen once every 12 real hours. Also can you remove my admin powers for a while so I can just play as normal for a while, if we get a bug or something you can reinstate them temporary but for the most part it would be nice to play like the rest !
