Windows 10 lags

    cpu: i7 4510u
    gpu:850m 4gb vram gtx
    ram:16
    and lots of disk space.

    a friend of mine have this specs and still got lags in this game.
    while i have less then he does but the game runs smooth.

    i have win 7 ultimate
    he have win 10 home

    he is realy disappointed that its so stuttering

    please help me to find a solution for it.

    This is likely something to do with his setup. Perhaps slow hard disk?
    I am running Windows 10 also.

    CPU> Intel i7 4770K
    RAM> 16 GB
    HD> Samsung MZ-7TE500BW (500 GB SSD)
    GPU> Sapphire R9 280X 3GB

    My guess would be that perhaps his hard disk is slow if he generally suffers from lag. If it is just in some transitions, then that is normal from what I have read. I do get this very rarely, though.

    sorry i didnt mentioned it...
    he have 250gb ssd
    i doubt his specs are the problem...
    and its a brand new pc, bought a month ago

    Seems that the (M) gpu seem to have the issue mostly. This is a laptop or other small for factor computer?

    Yeah, there have been reports of the M series having this issue.

    Ask your friend to check the power saving settings for his notebook.
    Be sure the system is running in "high performance" mode not in the "power saving" mode.
    Other question is, does his notebook have 2 graphic cards ? If yes, is the game using the proper one ?

    how do you check which card the game is using?
    and how do you change it?
    in the morning ill let him check this "high preformance"

    In the NVIDIA GPU activity tool (usually in the bottom right corner, in the task bar ( info symbols area)

    He can change it in the nvidia control panel.
