I think the scope is still stuck to your face! Have you tried equipping an assault rifle and look through its scope? I would assume that it will override your current view.
Hello Yes looks like this. I can equipping what I want no changes. But after restarting game 3-4 times the game was running normal. But I had to restart more then 3 times .
