Today I captured and salvaged the Patrol Vessel on Omicron, much to my surprise. I had been told that it was impossible and you would fall through the PV if you tried to board it. My wife beat me with a couch cushion until I stopped whooping and hollering about it, too.

Maybe you guys can help me out; You guys have seen my CV project a fair few times, so might be able to come up with good name for it. I've been thinking on it for a while and am coming up blank. The only thought I semi-like so far is Brigantine, but that's more of a class of vessel than an actual name.
I had to pick another name to fit centrally in the allotted space. But I think this one's actually better. It reflects the ugliness inherent in pirating (And the front of the ship aha) with the sound and also perfectly describes half of the point of the vessel: Any protection against external danger, injury, or annoyance. Ladies and gentlemen I present to you: Looks interesting in the dark. The front might need an extra lil light emission somewhere. And while I say the front is ugly it definately works for a Pirate Kings front entrance. If I was looking up at that I'd be questioning why I was even there... ^^ [Edit: Please ignore the Travel pod stuck to the side of the ship, lol forgot it was there]
I guess I'm on a "pickup truck" theme right now. This was today's project. The side ramps extend and the shutters retract when you throw the switch.
That is a really good looking futuristic take on the classic pickup; my poor land bound truck is quite jealous, ha! Very nice use of the curved blocks; and running boards alongside the cab? Sweet!
It's happened! Bulwark is uploaded and I'm now currently working on screenshots and the descriptive text, then I'll be able to put up a full rundown for you guys. I really did go full ham on this thing, just documenting it well is turning out to be Work. It's going to be such a pleasure to use the damn thing in an actual game at this point. 28 screenshots to cover most of it without examining many areas deeply. Yesh. lol

damn....where is the time.....it has been some months... Still a month to go for the new pc but right now i can't wait......damn, creativity is a bitch :/ Today i tried a idea which struck me yesterday. Iam working on some alien-space-POIs, based on the "legs" of my (still not finished) alien-mothership. And what can i say........i have a new favorite tool Copy & Paste is just insane......iam freaking out what to built first. here are some impressions. What do you think of it? copying some parts, deleting others...just toying around Two "alien-satellites" in action.......48 canons on each of them PS.: What do you think of building alien bases on planets, where u could turn of the static stability and you could built without it --> free and lets say they "collapse" if the power gets shut down.... Iam saying this, because there are only such forms possible in Space or via CV/SV ...never as base/POI Feedback would be interesting or is there already anywhere a discussion going on?
Holy kitty litter Batman... The Drof made the front page in the workshop. It's the first time anything I have built has appeared on the front page. I just hope that my reticent change (moving the bed leavers to the sides) does not gack the profile.
