I thought they'd enabled moderation of new member posts. Apparently there's either a loophole, or they've become less vigilant.

 

I was moderated early for being new so there's probably a loop hole some where.

 

i am still moderated, so ya, maybe system needs some work.

 

I'm still noticing at least 2-4 new spam bots around here every day. They're new users, just joined, and the spam ads are their only posts. Obviously there's some laxity in properly authenticating new users and moderating initial posts. And then, some of them post the links in their profile status. This could be controlled far better than it currently is.

 

Seems Xenforo have been compromised
