I just bought a very basic Turtle Beach keyboard and you can disable the Windows keys easily. Without literally removing the keys, that is

Caps lock for me. I don't hit the windows key enough to have ti bother me.... then again I don't control my games with the Keyboard. Mainly because I use Mouse, of course, and Nostromo n52te. but I do make the stretch to the KB for non-combat operations so the CL key gotta go.

& too few Games have Options Screen options for Disabling the Windows Key in-game. The only one I know 0f atm that DOES have that checkbox option is Heroes of the Storm.
