This appeared by our base and it moves. Sometimes we see it repeatedly flipping and diving 500m into the planet. Currently it's just over 500m from our base suspended in mid air. I've seen this too, didn't get close enough to see any details on it. But another CV in orbit has the same name and all it does is pop out drones when you get close enough to it.
CV Cluster Drone is a fun little CV you can salvage. Spawns I believe 3 space plasma drones and has 2 laser turrets. Destroy them and the drones and the marker blocks so more drones don't spawn while you are raiding (This happened to me and they blew up my SV core before I could get back out. It is full of plants and all kinds of goodies.
