BA non-retractable artillery always will fire and gets no error message. Steps to reproduce: Set up BA Starter, Generator, Fuel, Ammo controller & Ammo box. Place non-retractable artillery on top - it will fire normally. Replace non-retractable with retractable. Artillery will not fire.
