Basically finished my Polaris Sanctuary POI. Here's some views of it in creative mode. One of the buildings is locked but can be opened by finding a couple of switches hidden throughout the base, granting access to a few cargo boxes and a personal cargo container with 10,000 credits, free to loot without reputation hit. Also has a custom trader who buys several hundred water jugs with a 3 hour restock timer. (you could make 30-60k credits per supply run though this might need to be adjusted up or down). The planet this spawns on should have no natural water, so you'll have to haul in water from elsewhere, making this the first trade supply run I'm putting into my scenario. I also copied some of the buildings and made stand alone habitat or research modules, to be spawned near the Sanctuary. Hopefully this will be a unique and rewarding POI to discover, whether you're at peace with Polaris or want to just loot the whole place.
I see your "awesome" and raise you with 1 jawdropping and 3 solid "God damn man's".. you got some serious poi-skills not just the building itself, but the ideas and layout. Can't wait to slap some polaris around and rob that place.. after trading a gazillion water ofc..
Hi folks, been playing this game for at least a year, but I've never posted or been particularly involved. I'm on a mini vacation for several days, trying to play some more in single player. Which ends up leading me into creative mode. For the whole day. No lunch break. Below is the first build I've put on the workshop. It's the 4th, or 100th, version, hard to say. The mouth thing just sort of happened, although I still need to figure out why it turns so slow with so many rcs's. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656816470 Edit: And now that I remember to upload pictures...
I went into the game today without a plan. All I did was touch up one of my starter bases (not on the workshop). And while I wasn't paying attention, well, I turned around a decided to snap a screenshot.
Making a little smuggler hideout for my dust storm planet! They don't show up on the detector or the map, but do show up on your HUD once you are within 250m, making them hard to find. I mean, it is a hideout, right? It also has a hidden alien container, sadly alien containers show up in the logistics menu once you capture the base, meaning for the moment none of them can be hidden in single player. I hope they change that. Just needs some random stuff added to this room. Oh hello, didn't realize somebody lived here! This planet makes for some good screenshots.
Working on a new variant of desert planet for my scenario. This one will have a lot of Talon POIs, things like pyramids and the like. Some ancient ruins, some of them will have Zirax or Polaris looters that you could kill. There's a lot of oasis here. I'm planning on making a set of twin POIs called Temple of the Sun and Temple of the Moon. Big Talon pyramids either built around or built with an ancient artifact. Thinking of the idea of giving the Talon on this planet a couple floating air ships, like zeppelins or hot air balloons. Just something neat for players to find. Though I might use that idea on a different planet. Little prettier than that dust storm planet.
Gatehouse final phase: Windows have been installed. Main tower completed in the background. Living quarters being started on the southern ( right ) side. Many stairs and much work still to do

Legion Gemina Pia Fidelis - it was the Legion that existed almost 500 Years and was stationed in Vindobona - todays City of Vienna
Augustus Caesar (or Gaius Julius Caesar as he liked to call himself) would be proud of your work Very nice buildings Germanicus..
Thanks for the praise You know that Augustus, 1st Emperor of Rome, was actually a Nephew of G.J.Caesar?
They used that name for generations.. guess they liked it Just put it in front of whatever their birthname was... like Gaius Julius Caesar Octavianus (his grand nephew).
Wait that that Statue on the top of your temple is real??? That looks awesome. I thought it was an image you google and you added to the picture. I wished I could make perfect circles in empyrion like that.
I think for the most part I am now finished with what has become by Tibetan temple build. Pretty pleased with the way it has turned out and i'll more than likely return to it at some point, but I shall now return to other, more practical, builds:
