Did you also do the Burial Ground POI ? Anyway, I LOVE this POI its Great ! Cave Crawling just cool ! PS: some of the spiders are stuck where they spawn.
Seaside-Cottage I have been working on a CSP wooden Design ( Cheap Simple Practical ) for a Base on Arid Start. This is what came out of it. Must be placed on a slope, can be quite a steep slope. Landing Pad is 5x4 blocks. Unlock Level 3 Equipement: 1 fridge 1 small constructor air within the base but no refill station. a bunch of 16k cargo boxes 1 2.5kpu generator, can be replaced with a T1 2 O2 tanks 2 fuel tanks 1 solar capacitator https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1659350382 and no powered lights in the base *cough*
That is so neat! Tested the spawning of the Temple of the Sun on a planet: It's quite large. Makes me look like an ant! I'm building it on-site where it will spawn so I can match up the lighting, colors, and textures with the ambiance of the planet it will appear on. The moon version will be a twin, with a different symbol on top and slightly altered internal layout but otherwise pretty similar. The Sun clan and the Moon clan have been at peace and prospered on this planet for thousands of years, but the recent arrival of strange beings from beyond the sky threatens their way of life. The Zirax have come to pillage the planet.
Yes, these are alien loot containers, just laying out in the open for the taking... But before you decide to steal from the Talon's offerings to their Sun God Ra'Atal, you better look behind you...
Yes it's a problem both with the bounding box and phatfinding, AI and combat are still a problem as well but the request was narrows dungeon passages This looks great as well
Did ELEON change the SI for Pyramids? I remember that Pyramids have been always a integrity Nightmare
It's just like anything else, 12 block support range. This pyramid is pretty good once I added some support pillars inside. There's only 1 block that falls down due to SI, everything else is supported although barely. But then again, if somebody starts shooting up the place, it does look pretty cool to watch it collapse. You have to take out quite a few internal support pillars however: The Talon weren't too happy about me shooting up their temple. Starting to look halfway okayish:
This was the SI before the pillars: Definitely needed some pillars, though I am totally going to make a different pyramid wired up with sensors and explosive blocks that comes crashing down on some unlucky player's head.
Love your build for its atmospheric look and feel. When I see work like this it give me great hope for the future of Empyrion, that structures will really evolve into more than rough block builds that are variations on a single theme. Having structures that are distinctly different from each other and look "cool" is huge to the role play/lore and immersion of the game.
Today I was working on the Future "Galley"-Landing-Pad. I encountered a strange behavior of the Block Placing mechanic. Instead of being able to draw a line of Blocks by holding down the left Mouse Button it placed only one Block at a time and not always in a straight line. Was a bit annoying when trying to build a 140x 140Block size Landing Pad and I had place one Block at a time. As it happened not always I worked a bit with it and finally it worked normal again. When I was counting Block in my CC I found the following block - nothing strange - only when compared with "normal" Blocks. "The Stranger" The "Normal" Landing Pad almost ready for texturing
I get that bug all the time with trying to place blocks in a row. So annoying! Looks like you somehow got an actual concrete block in your inventory instead of the proper concrete block group.
Same here, albeit not all the time.. i have more issues with trying to place only one block and it places blocks all the way out to where i stand (in creative). That happens so often i now try to stand as close as possible to reduce the amount of blocks i have to remove.
