Sectors it is always: C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common Empyrion - Galactic Survival Saves Games NewGame Sectors NewGame ,0, 1,2,3 ....15 , is from the main game and all scenarios.
I found that I should rename NewGame to Conquer 3__1637536675 in the game. And everything seems ok. But unfortunately, Co-Op doesn't work C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Games\Conquer 3__1637536675\Sectors
Under the Empyrion - Galactic Survival folder I now see that I do not have all the files that you have in your Empyrion - Galactic Survival folder. I have not "dedicated_EAH_Conquer.yaml" Maybe there is something wrong?

Thanks, I appreciate all the help. Co-op works now. It was as you said error in the sector files but I also had errors in my Empyrion game. After I had reinstalled Empyrion co-op works for me too.
