Fixed Suddenly water is reacting is ground, block can not be placed anymore. Happend also on SBS. builing

Very strange, we made in previous version this base on EGW server

 

Building was made in 10.RC and now in 10.2 water react as ground. and ask for clear free space to place the block. On EGW server as on SBS. in 10.0 10.01 we could build under water water was like air. Now water is seen as sollid and must be away to build

 

If i use a dutch dike, by using fillers , then flatten terrain, i can suddenly place the blocks?

 

I've seen this same behavior. However, I noticed that it seems to do with the center of the block being too near the surface of the water, because if I go deep enough below the surface then it will let me place a block.

 

Yeah last hotfix, the repaired it. Still dificult if you want from deep water to surface and have landing platform. They did now fixed it if i read the patchnotes, now i need only to play to check it agian.
