Has anyone played around with trying to get a geosynchronous orbit for a poi?

I had some thoughts around this:
    • Planet Rotation from orbital perspective is at a fixed speed
    • Almost certainly tied to in-game playfield/server time.
    • I wonder if there is any way to use setposition and server time to calculate planet rotation and move a poi automatically.
    • It should be possible to plot “height above orbit” positions to mimic an orbital path

Is there any method to runs scripts containing console commands in order to automate this?

To clarify, this technically already exists, just not in the way you think of it.

The planet's positions on the galaxy map are static, as are the locations of bases which are in orbit. They do not move or otherwise alter their location once you have started the server. Something to definitely bring up in suggestions forum tho!
