This game has power over me!

Hello all,
I'm still working my way through existing forum threads to get up to speed before I get too active on here. This game..geez..it seems to have everything I was looking for in a game/simulator/sandbox and was fairly early on in the dev process so seemed like a good time to join up!

I'm about a week in, and Empyrion has already persuaded me to bust my budget on a new graphics card a few days ago....and then a joystick yesterday. I've been running a Minecraft server for a handful of years but I think this game may finally be the one that finally replaces that for me.

That's a pretty popular card. Thats the one I use and its really nice.

 

970 nice. Any problems with the extra power plugs it needs?

 

Nope! Luckily the new had the same requirements as the old. It's also a wee bit shorter, and the plugs go in on the side of the card (my last were at the end), so it fits better inside even.

 

Thanks for the info. I will have to look at it. I'm using a GTX 750. Time to upgrade I think.

 

I own the 970 as well. Never had a single issue. Always performs great.
