hi guys, the respawn in unsafe area is most of time a hell. no way to secure himself and die in less than 3 seconds after respawn. Thats kill every fun. maybe it is possible out of rage of the turrets spawning or maybe 500 meter in circle of poi a no spawn area to fix them. actually i died more than 20 times in less than 3 minutes.
@Peppermint 2 For most that have played a bit and understand the workings of the game, this is no issue. Even those that want deaths even harder. You are supposed to use some time to learn the game, expect a lot of deaths and time figuring things out. Try out a bit "What if ...". Learn how POIs are to be attacked. You can normally spawn on a secure location and have extra set of supplies and vessels ready (as BP maybe). Of course can be some fiddling to get back if far away. If I'm on a server, I often have a survival constructor and a stack of energy bars in my suit constructor out, no spoiling and can make some basic stuff from rocks if needed, and bio fuel. If Single Player, you can activate god mode if too difficult (Console: gm) and turn it off after getting your stuff. If on a server, then play more SP to get your skills up. What if on a server and you get a disconnect for some reason just when you do a warp. When back in game, you find yourself alone in space and the vessel have warped, no one to ask for help. What do you do or what have you wished you thought about before?
maybe u are a good player but this is your opinion ? Using gm and break the game ? all New Players need to be frustrated to learning this game ? If u think so so this game loosing interest before this will be ready cause of this. Every other game do it, Spawn in safty area but nearby. When u are loosing cause of some bugs so it need to handel with it but if u loosing fun and interest of game cause "the gamer a not *Pro* so need to written : Only for ProGamers and Masochsrist . I Play on a server, not like a pro but not 2 noobstyle, DC or Bugs gettn everytime supportet by the serveradmins and hold the PPL by playing. Without this Admins every one will leave the server.. so meaning that everyone wo cant handle need to stop playing this game ?? ...
No need for drama. The respawn near your last death option warns you it might not be safe to do so. There are other respawn options. The choice is yours to take the risk or not. If you are easely frustrated, remind urself it is just a game. Bugs are going to happen in a early access alpha stage game, DC's usually is due to connectionspeed to the server (high ping). So get urself together , be a little less 'extra scharf' and grab a peppermint or 2. Re-think your situation and search for alternatives within your possabilities. Admins should be aware of the state of the game aswell and act accordingly.
@Peppermint 2 If you start complaining after only 20 deaths and the current re-spawn mechanics, then you might become bored pretty soon if you got your spawn option. By using gm on-off, it would act as your spawn wish already. A server is often a bit harder and have some restrictions that SP do not have, like harder POIs early on, that anticipate you have learned to avoid such deaths. Also I do not know the full story, only what you have told about the situation, very few complain about being too difficult death options, if they have tried some SP easy until want more challenge. I do not know what you like for game play or if this game is for you. Play some more and find out, good luck!
