Back up any custom files/scenarios Pu them somewhere safe.... even on a usb if you got one spare..... Heck, if its big enough, put the whole game on there while its in a working state. Next, nuke the old files.... Clear out the appdata emp folder clear out the steamapp emp folder Then reinstall - plain vanilla..... Then try to run it.
its project eden mod its at 11.5 the new version the server works fine jjust my game keeps crashing still so yeah im waiting that my error log gets viewd
I delete all folders from steam and appdata, i delete registry's... still crashing, but now i have crash log!
Looks like there is a unity issue.... with something on line 35? (Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 35) I also see you have AVG..... have you tried to disable this? And again, i will ask, have you checked in windows security center for the threats? and also, there is another log file here: C:/Users/LoWacska/AppData/Local/Temp/Eleon Game Studios/Empyrion - Galactic Survival/Crashes
I'm getting, I think, the same problem as others here. Haven't been able to load the game since the update. Looks like 2 hotfixes in the meantime, with the same results. Running totally vanilla. (well, looks like I'm *not* running vanilla ATM) I'll try wiping out Empyrion and reinstalling *BTW* the path "C:/Users/Brandon/AppData/Local/Temp/Eleon Game Studios/Empyrion - Galactic Survival/Crashes" didn't exist... ...am I missing something here?
Same problem.. btw.. i read all topic.. and I try to update a graphic card and reinstall the game.. but not working..

I'm having the same issue. I even completely uninstalled the game, wiped any left over files steam left behind, then reinstalled and still having the same problem. Also no crash log is generated for me. It is always very strange to see for me that - most of the time - quite modern Computers have more issues with EGS (next to others) than older systems. Odd. Very odd - and SAD too.

cant even load game since last patch tryed verifying 2x tryed changing hard drives aswell. please help!
Also to clarify: unless I open up the task manager or otherwise force the game window out of focus it does not actually crash but hangs (indefinably?). Also the music cuts out when the game hangs.
