    Hello.

I'm making new scenerio. I have created couple of base blueprints and I'm using them on my planets. The problem is that they has broken pivot and doesn't place on the surface correctly. The hole in the ground is too big and so on.

    I found this tip:
    https://empyriononline.com/threads/what-did-you-do-in-empyrion-today.2826/page-1002#post-385515

I was using it to clear my BPs but it doesn't seem to work most of the time. After coutless tries I managed to prepare two working BPs.
Unfortunately it was some time ago and I have never managed to succeed with -clearpivot command anymore.

Is there some magic that I'm missing here :)

I've tired to use this command on A12 experimental branch and official release

    Here's how to use it:

    1. prefabinfo 'Name of Blueprint' -clearpivot
    2. Spawn a NEW copy of your blueprint.
    3. Save the new copy, overwriting the original blueprint.
    4. Go to your Empyrion - Galactic Survival/Content/Prefabs folder and DELETE the extra copy of your blueprint that the game might have placed there (sort by date modified makes it easy to find)
    5. Copy your newly saved blueprint file into your scenario's prefabs folder
    6. Now your blueprint's pivot point is fixed, and it should spawn correctly.

If this does not fix your blueprint's spawning, then there is something else going on. Check the following:
    • Make sure your blueprint is completely flat along the bottom. If you have spikes or support beams sticking out from the bottom, make sure they are all the same length.
    • Check the "height offset" in your spawn settings by double clicking on the blueprint in the blueprint library. Most blueprints should have a height offset of "o" if they are meant to be placed flat on the ground, or a negative value if they should be sunk. This is measured in meters, so an offset of "-1" will sink the POI half a block into the ground.
    • Make sure your terrain removal and flatten terrain options are set correctly. For POIs that should sit flat on the surface, do NOT check the remove terrain option. Use flatten only (and optionally you can use keep surface texture).
    • For POIs that need to be sunk, use both flatten and terrain removal.
    • Remember that blueprints will flatten or dig out an area equal to their entire bounding box, so if you have a stray light or something, that will affect the size that is dug out.

If none of this works, you could post a screenshot showing how it's spawning and upload the blueprint file directly here if you're comfortable sharing it and I'll take a look at it and see what's going on. (you can just drag and drop the .epb file itself from your blueprints folder).

Yeah the bottom needs to be flat, so put some other blocks around the core. Or rather, it needs some supports so it doesn't fall due to SI. You can set the height offset to -2 so it buries it all under the ground though.
