So, I can get the game to load a custom planet as a starter location, but i can't get the custom planets to load systematically, (they are literately ignored unless its set as the start location) and it spawns in the playfields that have not been modified. I'm assuming it has something to do with this:

    PlanetLists:
    - 'Jupiter:0.45, Saturn:0.35, Neptun:0.2' # 1 GasPlanets
    - 'Lava:0.5' # 2 Hot
    - 'Mono:0.5, WhiteDesert:0.5' # 3 Dry
    - 'Garden:0.5, BlueOcean:0.5' # 4 Temperate
    - 'Alien:0.2, AlienLegacy:0.01' # 5 Alien
    - 'AlienIce:0.5' # 6 Snow
    - 'Barren:0.5' # 7 Barren

So the question is, Does this mean there are categories of worlds now for the gen. and this can't be changed, or am i breaking something else lol?

If you want to upload the solarsystemconfig here I could take a look at it and try to see what's wrong.

Or copy and paste the PlanetCountProbs and PlanetLists.

Its based on the default multiplayer file. Custom planets replaced the bits that i had a replacement for. Not 100% i got the "climate" right either though it doesn't prevent the start playfield from working.

Ah yeah the climate I think is limited to one of the defaults, but the climate has no effect in-game so just set it to whatever is closest to your planet type.

I don't know if that is the issue or not though but try changing all your custom climates to default ones.

The solarsystemconfigs in the default folder are also more up to date and show you how to use different solar system configs for each star type (if you're wanting to use the galaxy).
