Oh, were Screenies part of the criteria for Eleon Submissions? I thought they'd be unnecessary when Eleon could just have my Blueprint itself & check it out first hand in their game personally. Plus this way they could also tweak to their liking as needed, like for example, if I was incorrect about a future Space Drone Enemy having no need for a Ammo Box. (I dunno if even the Fuel Tanks & Generators were necessary considering Drones get to have Infinite Resources for no reason at all whatsoever atm as best as I know, so I added some in in a way that'd also be part of the Ship's Looks just in case.) This is my first Submission ever, I have much to learn about how this works, including if Eleon even tells us if our Creation has been accepted or if they like to 'surprise us' with it all of a sudden in future Patches. The OP of the Topic doesn't really say much aside from "Ya volunteer the design to us, it's ours if we take it & we get to tweak it if we want", which is fine with me considering i'm sure there's differences between Player Stuff we can make & implemented NPC Enemies that our Creative Mode outright CAN'T do anything about so they would HAVE to do this to 'convert' the creation into a NPC Enemy, & maybe add anything forgotten that might be needed.
It's mainly for others who might want to dl and test out your blueprints. Adding a screenshot would give them a sneak-peak w/o having to go through the hassle of downloading it first to see it.
Before the workshop, this was the only way to "publish" your blueprints. Some people might still prefer this forum over the steam workshop.
I meant in regards to Eleon allowing it & people not getting into trouble over it. I thought this Thread was for giving stuff straight to Eleon, then they literally own it, thus I figured other Players couldn't use it or they'd literally be using Eleon Property. Perhaps i'm not understanding this Thread correctly? Plus i'm aware of there being a Player to Player Blueprint Sharing Thread as well... that I mighta killed, or that the Steam Workshop mighta just obsoleted, one of the 2.
My thought was that this thread's function was to organize the different types of blueprints for sharing with the community, and that if you posted it, Eleon has the right to do w/e with the blueprint.
Here's my first dropship. It is designed for air support and to transport squads for object capturing. What do you think? Steam Link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=621044474
Objective Met. Screenies made: (Notes: 1: Reminder, that this is Submitted with the idea of it becoming a NPC Alien Space Drone, & 2: There's an Ammo Box in these Screenies that's not in the original Blueprint cause after I submitted this dude, I got curious about how it'd look in the Cockpit & how it'd handle, Rocket Launcher included, so I popped out a Hull Block & stuck the Ammo Box in to make the Rocket Launcher usable. I assume NPC Alien Space Drones in-game have no Ammo Boxes cause they get to cheater have infinite Ammo for no reason at all whatsoever. I was too lazy to pop it back out & restore it to original Specs before Screenieing.) Spoiler: Ship Power off. Spoiler: Ship Power on.
I deleted my old Wraith post because I felt that I didn't do a good job on it, so I remade the Wraith to scale with the proper Starcraft Scaling of a Wraith to Dropship and Battlecruiser. I feel this one flies better, and because it's much smaller it consumes a lot less fuel than the old one. Less blocks, everything I feel about this one is better.
Perfectionist Huh? I thought your previous Wraith was great but hey if you thought it was sub-par (at least to your own standards) I can totally understand. I'll check this out, looking forward to see what you did exactly. Thanks for sharing!
This is my first contribution : the Sweffel Small fighter with 4 gatling gun and 2 rocket launcher Ship including : 1 fridge 1 cargo box 2 ammo box 2 O2 tank and the O2 station No constructor ! You can find it here : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=622224851
It's very W40K. I did one similar, haven't published it yet, yours is more accurate a model than mine. Your engines might be a bit of overkill, however. Especially 8 rear thrusters.
Never a bad idea to have more Thrusters than ya think ya'll need. Never know if ya might lose some to battle damage in combat.

That's a damn cool lookin Ship... though I can't help but to snicker at the "Man Cabin" part. Surprised ya bothered with Plasma Cannons... do they even HAVE any use at all compared to the Rocket Launcher's superior damage per hit & the Rail Gun's superior dogfighting uses?
