Do CPU Extenders transfer to blueprints?

I'd like to move out of my starter base and build another one in another resource rich solar system. I've already upgraded my starter with T3 CPU extenders and really don't want to just let them sit in a deserted base.

My question is: if I remove the T3's from my first base and put them in the factory towards another one (it's a T3 blueprint), will the factory actually recognize that they're extenders and give me credit for the bridges? Or will it just take into account the materials it needed to make the extenders?

I just wonder if anyone had tried this before.

    Thanks!

Edit: I decided to try it even if it meant sacrificing an extender. It does count as a whole extender and not just the parts. Just FYI.

Yes, if you put finished extenders into the BP the factory recognizes the presence of the Bridges. I did this several times. It works also between Bases and CV's. I put 2 CPU T4 extenders into a T3 CV and it worked out fine.
