"Human Remains" will not start nor gives option to do so. It has the message "mission needs to be rewarded" Steps to Reproduce: Proceed through solo mission Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links: I have been using Reforged Galaxy mod. No problem originally but started another new game when problem first appeared. I switched back to vanilla version after verifying files w/Steam. Problem continued so I uninstalled and reinstalled game. Problem persists.
I have exactly the same problem but with vanilla version. Did you visit the crash site before finishing "Starting the Journey" ? Because i salvaged some containers where i think an important item should have spawned.
There was an issue with automatic progression. Should be fixed in next update, although you might need to restart a save I am afraid. (or do some tricks to deactivate the pda and reload it > let me know then)
No, I did not visit the site until the story mission directed me to go there. I replayed this mission multiple times with fresh starts and in vanilla mode. I've played this mission plenty of times in the past as well without failure so this bug is new. I can tell you from experience that looking in the containers early will not break the mission as the items don't spawn in until the mission stage is properly reached. @Hummel-o-War reply cleared up a lot things (mostly by telling me it wasn't something I managed to screw up at my end but a recent game glitch that will be fixed).
Starting a new save won't be a problem as I was already intending to do that which is how I encountered the glitch. I'll just take a break until the next update and start one then.
I ran into this glitch as well, deleted and restarted my survival game twice. If it helps, here is my save game.
Hello, i found a solution for the problem. I used a console command to unlock the chapter. You need to be admin to do this : pda rwdchap 39 This will reward chapter 1 pda rwdchap 40 This will reward chapter 4
