Voxel to SSOR

    Is there a way for me to change all deposits to SSOR instead of Voxel?

    I read to change the values in each playfield.yaml but those are bin files and I am unable to modify those in Notepad++.

    DistTypeCylinder:
    MaxRadius: 13
    YVariance: 10

    I am confused here as to whether it is possible to do anymore.

    Is where I got my information from

    Not sure if it still works.

    If you want to try : you have to edit the yaml in the "Empyrion\Content\Playfields" folder or in "Empyrion\Content\Scenarios\(scenario)\Playfields" before generating the galaxy and planets when starting the game. In each of these folders there are "playfield.yaml.bin" and "playfield_static.yaml". You want to edit "playfield_static.yaml". Look at the TemperateStarter template like @ravienff suggested in the link you posted.

    The bin files are created by the game from the yaml file. I have gotten use to deleting the bin file when I make changes to the yaml files while working on my own scenario. I started doing this when I had a version where parts were changed but not other parts because the game didn't rewrite the bin file right away.

    Hey at least it works for me.
