I can support this. Anything to do with a teleporter, doesn't seem to progress the quest/mission. Ancient Revelations: Abandon Ship Off World Grave: Knock Knock Off World Grave: Mainframe It seems to be fairly consistent, though to be fair, I did notice it just prior to Version 1:3044, but I thought it had to do with a cross save update.
That being said, I just finished Uncertain Outcomes. Here, at the end of the Planetary Fragment, you must take the teleporter. This progressed the mission without error. At this point it asked for you to return to the Trade Station. This never triggered, so when entering the room for 32, it did not engage. I had to manually trigger the first "Go to Trading Station".
