Nevertheless I apologize for my sometimes cruel abuse of the English language. Operating instructions work differently. Playing Space Engineers a long time, I saw a trailer from Empyrion and immediately fell in love with the beautiful planets. That was sometime in Alpha 10, I think. (Some older people have no more sense for correct times. Everything was ... earlier ). Since then I play Empyrion, not much, but constant. Most I like building, trying to find the perfect design for starterbases or Early Ships. Much more I like playing Coop with my son. We live 300km away and playing together is like beeing together, you know that. So now, lets have fun.

Welcome to Empyrion world. I tried SE years ago and I found its controls so frustrating that I quit very quickly. After reading an article about Empyrion I gave it a try and here I am 5 years later. SE was the second survival/crafting game I tried, with first being minecraft. One thing I remember is that I gave SE a second chance, having spend a descent time playing Empyrion. It felt again strange, improved though, but it lacked Empyrion's experience in gameplay overall so I got back. Since you have played SE for long time and you switched on Empyrion I hope the gameplay is for you better.
It is. SE is nice, but quite quickly boring. There is not much to do once you have built everything you want. Here it is even interesting to just stand on the shore and watch the water. Not to mention the rest
Welcome to our humble community and to the beautiful images and landscapes of the infinite Empyrion universe. I own almost every space survival game on Steam and this one is my heart's favorite.
I hope you don't mind the choice of civilian characters they picked. Its a bit ... ya know. Anyway, welcome and I hope you stay long enough for them to uhm, maybe balance the character models a bit so we all get fair respect XD If no one knows what I mean, let's just leave it then.
