It's happened a few times in SP. Just the other night. I was in my base on Omicron went up stairs for a coffee. Came back and I had died. Respawn were I had died. But the game put me way and the heck outside about 100 yards from my base. No pack outside or inside the base. Gone. Had to reload a backup.
Some Leader you are. I've found & reported a 'Phantom Ground' Bug a week or 2 ago & STILL wonder if it has anything to do with this... now I even wonder if this Phantom Ground is capable of hiding Markers from sight...
I hereby defer all future plans, negotiations, and manuevers to the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Specifically, the back cover, which says (in large, friendly, red letters): DON'T PANIC (heck it might even win the war for me also no, not serious ) Edit: Now I'm picturing the book, somehow wearing a cape and crown, in front of a microphone and several screens showing Red ships getting torn apart. A frantic call comes in over the radio: "Sir! Our ships are being vaporized! What do we do?!" And the answer comes from the book, in a deep, booming voice: "DON'T PANIC!" Several other similar scenes flash by; in each, the book only gives the same advice, and in each, the situation worsens. Across the galaxy, Red ships are burning and falling to planets, their pilots somehow serene and calm throughout. In its final moments, about to be thrown out an airlock by a Blue Marine, the book breathes its final request, sparks falling weakly from its pages... "Don't... panic..." (Man, I need to start writing again...)
You can't tell me not to drink at work! YOU'RE NOT MY SUPERVISOR! (Full disclosure: getting drunk at work sounds like an awful idea. Passing out on my desk would not go over well. Regardless, when I worked at Blizzard they would occasionally have event days where they would serve beers and such. Actually very cool place to work, sad I don't work for them anymore) Aye, I feel like I was brained by a large gold brick wrapped in lemon. Or maybe a large lemon wrapped in gold. One or the other... Either way, maybe shouldn't have drunk three of them...

Yepp, albeit about 5 years ago. Was laid off alongside several hundred other employees (Google: 2012 Blizzard layoff) :\ I was only in QA, so nothing fancy. After the server had rebooted I suspect it became visible again, from past experience with other things dissapearing in my own server thats all I can put it down to. We have just had an update, and it looks like a bug fix at 24 megs , so when you re-start the server it should update to the new build and we can log on again, cant log on because my client updated.

Same, I fell through at least 2 or 3 times walking to recover an HV. Also, gonna start editing the videos and putting them together! Will have something hopefully by the end of the day! Before then, however, I'll upload a few screenshots of the carnage Edit: Uploading the full, unabridged version of the battle to Youtube currently. There a are few gaps where Bandicam stopped recording, but otherwise it's pretty much all there.
Victory! the smurfs got their smurfs kicked so smurf that they'll taste smurf for a week!! my own fighter held up for 75% of the battle until it lost all guns. yay great first run. that was FUN as hell
The carnage was epic... i'm surprised everything can take so many hits considering how weak Hull Blocks are & how high a Damage Number so many Weapons have. Also, that 'Bull-Ant' Ship or something... was that a Merc Ship? Edit: Oh, & that huge Battle Tank HV rocked.
