I recently built a SV with 21 rocket launchers, CPU no issue. Seems it is hard coded a limit of 21 fixed guns can fire at once. Can add 1 more gun of another type. If you add more, only max 21 will fire, and 1 of another type. It were with 40 Rocket launchers at first, and CPU compliant. Have not tested HV/CV, or auto turrets. There is an option when start a (SP) game if device limits are to be used or not, but the hard coded max fire limit reduces this "freedom".

The multiple BAs only works if you're playing SP or on a MP server with no core number restrictions. Since Eleon supposedly balances everything for MP it should probably be reevaluated.
