workshop totally broken

its impossible. im all day with this, checking forums, no way. nothing works. cant update bp, cant erase bp, this is ridiculous

update button its locked and no says WHY¿?

2 days of work for nothing??? cmon wtf

 

Steam won't let you update a blueprint if the name of the blueprint folder was changed.

Perhaps giving a link to your blueprint on the workshop as well as zipping the contents of the blueprint folder and uploading it here will help someone solve this.

 

can you just delete the old one and create a new one?

Please do this so we can help you out. We need the name of the folder for the blueprint, the entire name. The fix might be very simple.

 

nah, i tried everything.

first, by changing your character's name or colors, the games are corrupted and lost, you have to start over. nice.

second, i lostesd many hours updating a ship what i cant upload to workhop. why? because is broken.

i think this game need back to early access inmediately.

and we want crouch damm it.

and i dont know what u mean with the folder. do u mean the .ebp file?

 

The folder the epb file is contained in should have the workshop ID attached to the end of the folder name like so:
Name of blueprint_1197343970

If the folder for your blueprint doesn't have those numbers attached, try verifying that it didn't get added to a different folder name by accident.
If nothing else has it, then add the numbers to the correct folder for your blueprint.
Of course do this with empyrion closed. Now check if it lets you update it correctly.
