    Hey all,

I'm relatively new to the game and all of the threads I've found with this phrase are from Alpha 8.1 or so. My game closed while I was taking the Pirate station POI for the Brewmaster in the Totally Overpowered series. I got the "task state or data not found" message and although the mission is listed as complete the action of visiting the Brewmaster is not checked in the sub menu and I still have the Root Beer recipe. There's no sort of interatction I can do beyond the basic traders at the distillery either. There's no waypoint, no mission continuation. Even further, I can't seem to change it by activating and deactivating or heading to the distillery station. Can anyone help?

Here's what the console looks like:

EDIT: I did try the pda rd command and verified the game files as well..to no avail.

That looks like the mission has lost a pda action ... as these missions were not changed as of late, can you please do the following: Open the savegame with that issue and go to the PDA folder (..\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Games\TheSavegamesName\PDA)

Attach PDA.csv and PDA.yaml to this bugticket.

You can of course append your full savegame as well. Would help. ;)

(Do you remember WHEN you started this savegame?)

PS: In any case this mission might be broken (due to some unintentional change) .. to restart it, you can try the following

    1. Go to the PDA (F1) and find the mission > DEACTIVATE (button below the mission list)
    2. Open the console and type in 'pda clrchap 9' and hit enter
    > It should now say something about chapter 3 being reset
    3. type in the console 'pda rd' (just to be sure)
    4. Open the PDA (F1) and start the mission again.

Thank you Hummel-o-War. I have attached the full game save (at least as best as I can ascertain - I'm not overly tech savvy and I am only one cup of coffee into this day). Sadly I could not upload PDA.csv, I was informed it was not an allowed file extension?

I am nearly positive I started this on 20/10/2020 .

Thank you, this removed my progress and the message "Task State or Data Not Found". I will attempt the mission again shortly and report back. If I can provide more information, or if you can help me figure out how to upload the .csv file, I'll happily contribute more to assist you in your efforts.

Good to hear it worked for you :)

@Everyone with the same issue: I checked the PDA.yaml but did not find a reason why the task action was invalidated .. so plz use the procedure to update the PDA. Sry for the inconvenience
