Poll: Creators vs. people that just download from factory

I would say I do a fair bit of both.
I like to build my own a lot, particularly bases.
I do like to see what others have created though from the workshop. And make my own little tweaks.

 

I like to build and test my own stuff in creative survival ,but like most I started out by using prefabs and found they didn't meet my needs so building my own was needed.

 

The poll won't quite tell you that. The third question should have been split in two, so the choices were:

Build ship in survival
Build ship in creative and use factory in survival
Use a prefab with the factory
Use a workshop build with the factory

Right now, the third question combines workshop users and creators

 

I usually do both. I'm always curious of what's in the workshop and like fiddling with it... That's how i learned the blocks... But I also like making my own stuff as part of the learning process... I'd happily click on both answers

 

I also do both. I build my own HV and SV in the beginning. Often start on a server, that doesn't allow blueprints on the starter planet, so I have to escape with own builds first. But I am terrible at building and I like to enjoy jrandalls art of building in later game.

I like the tools in Creativ, they save so much time. In Survival I use these time for playing.

 

I have my go-to creators and some vessels of my own that I basically need like the Go-Storage series... I can't believe everyone doesn't use it, I mean its practically the most useful blueprint in the entire history of all man kind.
But anyway, I HATE building Capital vessels. They always look like total crap and I'd rather simply get someone else's work in my game. There are a good many thousand amazing blueprints to choose from so...

I like to build my own ships but I like to add in Workshop stuff as inspiration to some of my builds. Also I do like to use workshop builds then modify it some when my creativity is bit low.
