Build: (v1.4 Build: 3243) Mode: (Survival) Mode: (Singleplayer) SERVER NAME: x SEED-ID: global seed=702226, playfield=Lokoure MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No Reproducibility: No idea or not possible the vehicle is gone. Destroyed by the Zirax on the surface. Severity: (Major) Type: ( Vehicle ) Description: I dig towards an enemy base to mine ore underground and safely. I leave the vehicle for a short time and it is brought to the surface and of course destroyed there. I dig under the drone base, park the HV which fires its guns at something. Basic idea is the shield goes down steadily. I leave the HV behind and climb into the SV a few meters away with shield and missiles to turn off the defenses - The HV is brought to the surface by the system and is of course destroyed. Same for any vessel who's (invisible) bounding cubes intersect the terrain. The current buried vessel hack needs to be relaxed.
Is this error related to this bug ? https://empyriononline.com/threads/...e-they-are-left-7729.96556/page-2#post-427946 I only changed to the experimental version because the bug should be fixed. And currently I noticed this only as described in the HV
Sounds a lot like the troubles I've had using miner SVs on planets. You can't mine too steeply, or you'll be teleported a hundred meters above the surface. I think my HV is only spared because it rarely pitches more then fifty or sixty degrees.
I'm pretty sure this is an old bug that has returned (or wasn't fixed completely?) If you park a HV underground, then leave or save/reload, when you return the HV is now above the ground. I don't recall if it also happened with my SV. These were just sitting in underground caves, not docked to a BA or anything. BTW it would be nice if we could search for things like this, but every aspect of the game is written as 2-3 letter abbreviations here, and the forum software refuses to search for anything 1-3 letters long.
