The POIs shall resemble the style of "large probes" or "observatory probes" (eg. 'James Web telescope' ect pp) NOT actual "stations" . Goal is the design, not actual "usability" for players or game purposes. Probes/Satellites can apply to different themes (preferred, but not mandatory). Examples: - Sun observatory - (Planet/long range) resource detector probe - (Planet/long range) biological tracing satellite/observatory - (Long range) com satellite - Spy satellite - Science satellite (wave front/gravity/ etc detector) - Military (com/ecm/eecm/..) control satellite ... Submission rules / requestes: - The design is open to the creator; no limitations in terms of looks, structure or overall appeal - Compact build. - Interiors not required (no actual station) Required devices: - NPC Core (Red) - At lease ONE console from the following models: Large Console, Small Console, Station Console, Console Deco (ConsoleLargeMS01a); Console needs to be accessible by the player BUT location of console does NOT need to have any protection (eg. can be on the outside) Forbidden (please do not add) - Alien Containers - Turrets - NPCs Material: does not matter/up to design or design/theme idea! Energy: Can have conventional (generator+fuel) OR fully solar powered! This is an ongoing challenge with no end date. Is it required that the console be physically accessible by players (ex. mounted "outside" of the build, on a wall or post) ?
Correct. Player needs to be able to access it. But it can be anywhere.. protected or not. /updated info on intro text
