m like a kid at xmas and want to open my xmas pressies early. if i start a fresh game on experimental today, will i be able to move to the public branch on 1st june and then carry on with my game?
Possibly yes you can. Should you? Well, the very nature of experimental is for players to experiment with the new version and the developers to squash those bugs they missed. So expect some of them to be fixed between experimental and public version of the game. If those fixes do not affect the map generation and other critical staff I do not thing you will have serious problems.
