I searched all over the large wreckage in the "Robinson Protocol II: Large Wreckage" and even deconstructed a large portion of it to try to find the cargo container, with no luck. I'll just skip and manufacture the motorbike at some point myself, but would be challenging for new users.
The container you are looking for is a Personal Locker, on the first floor of the wreckage, very easy to spot (if it's there) :
