Pretty sure this has been broken for quite a while, but it came up again with some new players in the Discord so I think it needs to be fixed (or re-worked, people still don't seem to grasp the concept that you need the entire set of extenders in a tier for it to activate).
Hm..stupid Question: Did you PLACE one in? Or do you want to point out that the 'blank' Placeholder-Icon does not show?
The icons just light up when the extenders are installed, but they're still wrong. The pic above is a starter CV block. Here's the full set:
While we're on this topic, can I also recommend changing the T3 and T4 icons to show the other side of the extenders? At icon scale it's very difficult to notice the two additional LCDs, but the difference between the one and three dot side is much more obvious:
