Build: 1.51 3384 Mode: Survival SERVER NAME: Fluffy Universe SEED-ID: If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No Reproducibility: Always Severity: middle? I have created a simple HV in a new "Default Multiplayer" scenario playfield on our fresh installed server. It is hovering normally and I can drive it when the engines are on. As soon as I turn off the engine it still stays normal but as soon as I leave the cockpit the HV just drifts into the ground. I have attached a screenshot on how that looks. You can see the front just stick out of the ground. As soon as I enter the cockpit, enable engines and press O it will hover normally above the ground.
Do you have any docking pads on the bottom of this? They must be the lowest BLOCKS, not just lowest surface. I've had weird things happen to HVs when you park them, if they have no docking pads.
No I don't have any docking pads on that. It only consists of a few simple blocks and the hover engines on the bottom. On the back I put two passenger seats and two freight boxes. It does hover without any problems so I guess it is not too heavy on the back.
I've had weird things happen with HVs that don't have docking pads. They sink into any building you land on, sink into the earth, etc. putting docking pads on the bottom fixes all these ills.
Ah okay. Would be somehow nice if all this weird stuff would be just fixed entirely. But I cannot reproduce that issue with 1.5.2 at the moment. At the moment I'm happy that my HV is not disappearing in the ground
