I am considering making a junkyard planet/starter planet. Having never done anything with the playfield creation tool it might take me a few days to figure things out. In the mean time, I need to get a start on the content to place IN said playfield; which will require vast amounts of wrecks/ruins. So! If you were in survival, started an HV, but then thought the better of it because maybe you wanted an SV instead, save the HV and then post it here(deleting it afterwards in-game.) Did that base attack just blow up your base? Post the ruin here! Built multiple ships during your play that were super minimalist but then you decided to build something off of the BP workshop? Dunno if this any good to you? first attempt at a starter cv for -SAS- faction, however looked to much like a smaller version of my Reaper build so went back and rebuilt it and ended up with the -SAS- Initiator. this was not released and is now gathering dust in my shipyard unlock lvl 10 size class 1 basic CV
These are the builds I have not uploaded. I was not satisfied with them, but did not want to delete them. There is 1 CV, 1 BA, 2 SV's, and 4 HV's. I hope you will find them useful.
The Morning Star. Eventually i dropped it but it technically should even be able to made fit for current versions with not too much work. The Astarte. Yes it looks unrealistic. I'm still using one of my later iterations in my survival games mid game and work on it. In later iterations i dropped the ramp to the top. The GeezCake (weak pun explanation: Geez = Cheese as in cheesing the game; cruise with plasma turrets close to POI and broadside until own shields drop to 30% and cruise out of range again, preferably using terrain to your advantage). It was born in Reforged Eden 1.4 as an answer to exploding devices (thx Eleon), pointless hard POI defenses on planets and to prove to myself that enabling those weapons on planets is a stupid idea. About 10 successful test POIs later i decided i found that style of cracking POIs boring and dropped the run. I did port a version of it to vanilla though and will most likely finish it at some point. This one is simply called Mothership. I still don't know what it is. It was born in my longest RE run (200 hours+) and is built in survival. At some point i just had salvaged too many POIs and collected everything. The Piggyback, quite self explanatory. Designed for emptying autominers and collecting water. Still usable i think but it would need a paint job. And different means of entering and exiting as the ladder can be a bit annoying if you need to climb up several times per planet.
Forgot the Tadpole. Still love using it today. I think the version with the big thruster looks better. And it docks to the ceiling of hangars, in 5-6 blocks high hangars you can then easily jetpack into the bottom hatch. Yeah i never painted it, kind of a trend in my sp games. Of course it works in vanilla, just never had a reason to update thus change the name.
Built these for a scenario - may be useful to you - been sticking them into a showcase scenario - but way to go on that yet - (aside from the obvious ones there are a few Crashed ships and things - in the planet general zuip folder below as well -- including crashed warp suppressor puzzle and Feral colony pois)
