A submission for the Ravager Faction. Concept: Ravagers are like nordic raiders, warriors, not labourers but with pillaging comes lots of prisoners as well as plunder. Vanara IV is home to the Ravager shipyards and main fleet and in orbit, large penal colonies like this latch onto other asteroids in the planets asteroid ring. the prisoners mine by hand the resources needed to maintain their fleet. Layout: The prison complex itself is 5 levels, with central floor acting as main quad with a large access elevator down to the furnaces. The guard areas of the base has three levels: control (overlooks the prison quad) / barracks / cargo bay. The cargo bay has access to the CV dock.
