Changeable slots in vehicle toolbars

I would suggest to add possibility to rearrange equipment/weapons in vehicle toolbars
- small but another pleasant opportunity to customize controls and view on your taste.

It also has practical benefit, because currently any time you go out and in cockpit, it resets you selected slot to the first one - you may accidentally trigger wrong device.

For example, being able to swap Detector and Rocket launcher:

 

Long wanted and much anticipated.

 

Suggested many times during many years by many, along adding triggers for groups and signal logic and such. Not sure why not already done.

 

One more thing still waiting for.
